First Day Hike, Jan 1 at Devil’s Lake

This year at Devil’s Lake, the annual First Day hike will be a twilight hike/snowshoe through Steinke Basin. (I don’t think we’ll be snowshoeing!). This will be around a 2-mile hike on an uneven trail. Dress warm and bring a flashlight. This program is for everyone, but you are asked to leave your dogs at home for this hike. Meet at Steinke Basin Parking Lot on HWY DL.

The current weather forecast calls for a sunny day with a high of around 31. Dress for falling temps through the evening.
