Devil’s Lake State Park in Baraboo, Wisconsin, is the state’s most visited park, drawing nearly 3 million visitors each year. Covering more than 10,000 acres, it sits on ancestral Ho-Chunk lands known as Tee Wakącąk (Sacred Lake), and includes ancient effigy mounds that remain culturally significant today.
