A sampling of amenities photographs from Devil’s Lake State Park’s Quartzite Campground. Our goal is not to photograph ‘every’ bathroom, but to provide “as is” examples to give you a good sense of the amenities and atmosphere you can expect to experience.
Campsite Amenities
Each campsite has a fire ring, picnic table and most are electric.
Central Playground
Main Restroom & Shower Building
Located at the center of the campground by the playground. There is additional parking at the west side of the building.
Modern Pit Toilet
This example is located by site 81e, but is similar to the second located by 42e.
Older Pit Toilet
There are several older pit toilets in the Quartzite Campground. This one is located by site 22e.
Dump station
Dump and fill stations are free for use by registered campers. Unregistered camping vehicles may use the dump station for a fee of $10 and purchase of an hourly park pass. Dump stations are closed in the off-season to prevent freeze damage, usually from mid-October through mid-April.
