NR45 45.04(1)(c) prohibits the use of drones, or other flying-related activities “on state parks, state recreation areas, state natural areas, Kettle Moraine and Point Beach state forests and Lower Wisconsin State Riverway”.
Drone usage at Devil’s Lake State Park and associated properties (I.e. Parfrey’s Glen, Pewit’s Nest, Natural Bridge, Gibraltar Rock) is prohibited.
NR 45 prohibits usage consistently across the system, with the exception of the model aircraft designated use area at Richard Bong State Recreation Area.
