Go on a guided twilight hike at Devil’s Lake State Park this Saturday, March 25th from 6:30 to 8:00pm. As the sun sets and the light fades from the sky, a new group of animals awakens. You will explore the world of the crepuscular (active at dusk and dawn) and nocturnal (active at night) animals.
Bring your sense of adventure as we search and listen for things that move around at twilight. Hikers should meet at the Steinke Basin Parking lot. We’ll hike the Johnson Moraine Trail just across the street. The trail is a relatively flat trail with some dips and small hills. We’ll hike 2 – 3 miles during this hike.
