Just a quick post to wish everyone a happy and safe Thanksgiving and weekend to follow.  While it looks to be a wet Thanksgiving the next couple days look really nice.  Saturday may be a great day to get out for a hike here at the park.  Keep in mind that deer hunting is going on in some areas.  In fact we were surprised by nearby gunfire on the East Bluff Woods trail yesterday.  Wearing blaze orange is a good idea. Even if you think you are outside the public hunting zones.
