Hi All!  Just popping in for a moment.  I managed to clear all the messages and comments here and on the forum.  As I mentioned earlier I’m out seeing the world at the moment.  The last few days I’ve been up paddling on the southern side of the Door County Peninsula. The picture above is heading toward the Cana Lighthouse.  Now I’m heading to the "UP". (That’s the bit of Michigan that’s not attached to the rest of the state).  Here I will be spending a few days instructing and paddling around the famous Pictured Rocks area of Lake Superior.  If you’d like to follow along you are always welcome over at KayakQuixotica.com as well.  Otherwise we’ll see ya in a few days!. . . Yep and I did see the Baraboo River is flooding a bit again.  Not too bad though. . .

Just got back from 6 GREAT days at Devils Lake! The weather was great, only got a little shower on Thurs evening. The lake is still high, the beach is still under water, but the water was GREAT. Saw alot of folks canoing, wind surfing. The boat launches are still closed, so we headed to lake WI, not much there. We also hit Mirror Lake and hit some great size Blue Gills and Bass. Love eating that fresh fish!. Some trails were still closed, but overall the parked looked GREAT!. Alot of people were still grilling out and swimming at the beach.
Will be booking our reservations for next yr soon!.
