Campsite pics & new maps

by admin ~ January 18th, 2008

The photo above is of campsite number 336 in the lower Ice Age loop.  If you’ve not seen them before we offer clickable maps with photos of about 70% of the campsites within the park.  Since moving to the new layout I’ve added back both the Ice Age Campground & The Northern Lights Campground images.  Click Here.  Adding the Quartzite images will take a bit longer as we never did have a good map set up and now’s a good time to do it.

In addition you will find two new maps of available shelters added to the park shelters page and the large map of the complete park added to the information section as well (or just click here)

I think that’s about it for the moment.  Updating a website is much like moving into a new house.  In the beginning you can’t find anything.  Hopefully we’re in a bit more order.

All the best!

I’m not sure if you can answer this question but I cannot use your forum page because my internet shuts down everytime I go into the forum page. My question is I have site # 45 reserved for Memorial weekend and it is a tent site we have just purchased a small pop-up camper and would like to use it instead of our tent. Do you know if we can use our pop-up at this site? The campground is all booked up so we can’t switch sites. Thanks to anyone who can help us!

Hi, I would call the park directly at 608.356.8301 Normally the camper would be ok if it stays on the pad but don’t “quote” me. If you call the park office I’m sure they can give you a solid answer.

I was just wondering if you are going to be posting pictures of the sites from the Quartzite campground anytime soon! We have never camped at Devils Lake before and are very excited.

won’t be long. I just want to have nice green pictures for the website and the world is still a bit brown.
